6 Week Workshop: Journaling Clarity, Calm & Community
Whether you’re a curious beginner, or dedicated devotee, you will learn how to maintain and deepen your journaling practice, in a cozy, supportive group setting.
Each participant receives weekly “journaling diagnostics”: individualized instruction, troubleshooting, motivational tips and personalized prompts.
This 6 week group will explore:
the foundations of journaling: style, motivation and the various benefits at each level of commitment
types of journaling: process, bullet, travel, manifestation, dream, ADHD management and more
the 5 R’s of Journaling: journaling best practices
final class: create a vision board journal cover
