ONE Week of the 6 Week Journaling Workshop
In-person, experiential, educational group to learn how to begin or maintain and deepen your journaling practice, via instruction, discussion and hands-on activities. In this 8 week group, we will explore:
the foundations of journaling: including style, motivation and the various benefits experienced at different levels of commitment
different types of journaling: such as stream of consciousness, bullet, manifestation, holistic self-audit, dream and CBT
the 5 R’s of Journaling - journaling best practices
Drop-ins and remote access may be available upon request.
Although this is not a therapeutic support group, sensitive issues may arise and additional supports may be beneficial.
