6 Week Workshop: Journaling Clarity, Calm & Community
Whether you’re a curious beginner, or dedicated acolyte, you will learn how to maintain and deepen your journaling practice, in a cozy, supportive group setting.
Each participant receives weekly “journaling diagnostics”: individualized instruction, troubleshooting, motivational tips and personalized prompts.
This 6 week group will explore:
the foundations of journaling: including style, motivation and the mental health benefits experienced at different levels of commitment
different types of journaling: such as stream of consciousness, bullet, manifestation, dream and process
the 5 R’s of Journaling: journaling best practices
If you cannot commit to the full 6 weeks, use the Weekly option.
Although this is not a therapeutic support group, sensitive issues may arise and additional support may be beneficial.
